Will you come down on your price?
Most of the time I am firm on my prices. I do quite a bit of research on each item when I list them to be sure I am competitively priced. If items are priced too cheap then my competitors will buy them, mark them up and resell them. Then some child/family in need will miss out.
I price in the middle range of where an item is selling on eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, etc. when my item first gets listed. If you see this is not the case, please feel free to contact me. I have hundreds of items listed and it is impossible to keep up on the prices of all of them over time.
Are your items from a Non-Smoking Home?
We are sensitive to smoke and avoid any items that come from smoking homes. Almost all of our items are from non-smoking homes. The only time we would make an exception is if the item is extremely rare or hard to find. If it smells of smoke I will disclose that in the description.

These websites are a wonderful resource for parents.
Plush Memories: If you send them a photo and description they will post it on their website.
LostmyLovey: You can make your own posting for lost, found or need replacement for any item.
There are many people (like myself) that frequent these sites to help families along in their search. Once your item is found they will email you or post a link where you can find it.
2) Make a "Wanted" Ad or Posting on Craigs list in your area.
Someone near you may have exactly what you are looking for. It may be sitting in a toy box or up in an attic just waiting to be loved.

Why is this item priced higher than when I first bought it at the store?
Once your item is no longer available in stores it becomes hard to find. This will make the price go up.
If the item is in high demand and extremely rare that can make it go even higher.
The price can also be effected by the condition. If an item is new and impossible to find you can expect to pay more also.
We do a lot of research online to see where items are selling at and pick a low to mid range to base our prices.
If you are not happy with the price, please feel free to keep searching online but please keep in mind that it may take time or be impossible to find it at the price you originally bought it for.

Please send me a photo and any information you may have (size, color, where you bought it) There is a pretty good chance I have seen it or can find it. Even if it does not have any tags. I have become pretty good at identifying brands. I'm not an expert but I'd gladly help give it a shot! :)
Where Can I Leave Feedback?
eCrater generates two emails to give you an opportunity to leave feedback if you'd like. One email goes out immediately after you make your purchase. The next goes out around 2 weeks later. These can easily go into your spam folder if you are not looking for them. Please wait to leave feedback until after you receive your item. Please be sure to always read the complete listing to understand the size and condition of all items from any seller. If in doubt always ask questions before making a purchase.
